The Beverage Air SPED72HC-30M-2 prep table has a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum-lined interior that resists corrosion. Its two self-closing doors can stay open beyond 120 degrees, while its two drawers can accommodate 6-inch-deep food pans and feature frames and telescoping slides to prevent them from sliding off the cabinet. Four epoxy-coated shelves can hold additional ingredients, and a 10-inch-wide cutting board is included for prepping salads and sandwiches. The Beverage Air SPED72HC-30M-2 prep table has four 6-inch casters with two brakes. This table comes with (30) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size food pans.
