Since it is made of stainless steel, the Beverage Air SPE72HC-10 Elite Series salad/sandwich prep table resists scratches and dents. Its interior is lined with rust-resistant aluminum, and a removable, 10-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board is fixed to its top. Two of the unit’s four 6-inch casters have locks for safety, and 10 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans are included for the top compartment. The Beverage Air SPE72HC-10 prep table has three self-closing doors that can stay open 120 degrees when employees load food into the cabinet. Each door has aluminum handles and magnetic gaskets that seal cold air inside. Six epoxy-coated steel wire shelves sit in the base.
